Besides being a co-host of the wildly popular podcast The Partial Historians, she’s also reached millions through collaboration with TED-Ed. Her favourite topics include: the Vestals Virgins, the politics of the Augustan age, and women in the ancient world. When she’s not reading books, she’s a loyal cat slave. Fiona Radford (aka Dr Rad) holds a PhD in Ancient History, teaches all sorts of history, and is a co-host of The Partial Historians. Not content with international podcast domination, Dr Rad has collaborated with TED-Ed and published numerous articles and chapters on historical films. Alongside the trusty Dr G, Dr Rad has recently published ‘Rex’, a book on the Roman monarchy. In her spare time, she is a Drag Race aficionado and rabid environmentalist.
